Mr bill I tried everything I tried changing tokens but the bet I won is not showing on my book and I didn't rec any ved any payment for winning referring to 20 $ free bet I made on Argentina so I let me know about my winnings where they secondly fortunately I got 300 $  bet today in my book but the problem when I place it says please deposit t while I already have three active bonus cards of worth 100 $ each in my book please guide m how to resolve these issues and when I am going to get winnings of 20 $ free bet thanks

Prof bill I already replied on last post but you never replied me where are my winnings it's been about a week I won free 20 $ bet on Argentina but never replied back this is how you treat your Svips I need my winnings in my account right now give me my money right now you guys serve players on your choices I need my winnings right now in my account and if not I will file complain against you guys in CEG's Intermediate complain handling this is my last communication with you as per CEG's guideline after this if I am not getting my money then I swear I am going to file complain against you and bc choice is yours now .

Recieved a message about $20 freebet, I cleimed and that's it. Nothing more. No bonus button. Tried every single step following what Bill and support suggested. But nothing....
